Born and raised in Romania, Cristina Avramovici takes her chief inspiration from a very different part of the world. Her African-inspired art combines tradition with her own unique vision, which aims to represent abstract ideals such as nobility, beauty, and courage in idealized, but not perfect, representations. An artist who believes in the beauty in the world, Cristina's work allows us to reflect on a vast art and culture through a different lens.
